We provide advisory services to companies, entrepreneurs and other players on trademarks, domain names, utility models, company names, designs, IP contracts and violation cases.

We have been attorneys for Koda for more than 30 years.

We have litigated a number of cases of general public importance within intellectual property law for Koda, Copydan, Sony and LM Ericsson, among others.

In 2013, we won a client award for our work with Sony to combat product piracy and trademark counterfeiting (anti counterfeit work).
